What are E-books? Why are they so popular?
E-books are just like your paperbacks. The only difference is that you can read them either on your computer screen, or you may purchase an E-book reader. By reading e-books, you have the power to buy and read from the comfort of your home. They come in many formats, and you can choose the best one for you. Also, e-books cost considerably less than a paperback or hardback. Another thing to consider is the font sizes. In an ordinary book, the font size might be too small. However, with your computer or e-book reader, you can change this to suit your needs.What formats are available?
Our books are available in PDF and HTML-zipped from our store; however, other formats are available through our distribution partners.

Are Whispers Publishing’s books available elsewhere?
Yes. Our books are available at Fictionwise, Mobipocket, Amazon, All Romance eBooks, and are currently being converted to Apple, Android, Blackberry, and various other formats through our partner, For-Side. In addition, our books will be translated and available in the Japanese market in 2011.

How much does Whispers Publishing charge for its books?
We base the price of our e-books on the number of words. We do not categorize our books as novellas, novels, or super-novels. We simply go by word count. So if a reader is looking for a quick read, he/she will be able to shop all of our $1.95 books. Please see the table below for our book prices. All of our Erotiquicks are less than 5,000 words and cost $0.75. We do not offer any short stories of less than 2,000 words.

Can I get a refund on an e-book?
No. There are no refunds on downloads. If there is a problem with the download, we will make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, but we don’t allow returns because you don’t like the book. If you do have a problem, please email us at whisperscustomerservice @ gmail.com .

Can I exchange my e-book?
Unfortunately, no. Please be sure to choose the correct format when ordering. Exchanges will be made only in extreme circumstances. We will do our best to provide our customers with a pleasant buying experience.

How do I receive my books after purchase?
Once you have created an account at our store and you’ve made your purchase, you should see a download button for each title underneath your account section. If you are unable to view it immediately, please try logging out and logging back in again. If you are still having difficulties, please e-mail our customer service department at whisperscustomerservice @ gmail.com .

Will Whispers Publishing also offer print books?
At this time, Whispers Publishing has two anthologies in print; however, additional print plans are on hold at the current moment to enable us to focus more on expanding our e-book lines.
