I just finished reading J. Paulette Forshey’s book, The Tarczal Alliance. I’ve never been an avid reader of vampire stories, but this is an entirely different breed called Tarczals. What a treat. Paranormal, romance and mystery all rolled into one package kept me on the edge. I really enjoyed this book from the first page to the last. The twists and turns peaked my interest with heart-pounding action, but sweet and tender romance. Give this book a read. Whether paranormal is one of your favorite reads or not, you will like this book. Strong characters and a smooth flow keep you “turning” the pages.

This look at the vampire world mixed in with the real world keeps your interest sparked chapter after chapter. For a first time reader of vampire stories, it was an education. While this book is filled with interesting figures, the central Tarczal character is powerful yet passionate and very persuasive. Can’t imagine what my reaction would be if asked to be a feeder!
Legends of the past stir up memories and feelings that dramatically change people’s lives. The book keeps moving smoothly and creating interest as each page adds some unexpected twists and turns. Discover who the Tarczals are and how they have survived for centuries.
The Tarczal Alliance is filled with love, deceit, passion, murder, legends and of course, Tarzals – J. Paulette’s own version of the vampire world. Good read if you enjoy vampires and/or sizzling romance.
